Payment Update

Also, today I found out some good news about the first Scholarship payment. The University of Padova is unable to do the transaction so the Secretariat in Portugal will do the transaction. The secretary of our program, Elisa Trovo, sent all of our bank account information to the Secretariat in Portugal this morning. Hopefully, now that she has all of the information, it wont be too long before we get the money in our accounts!
