Bikes

Lots of people ride bikes here! I live in the old part of town, within the old city walls, and the roads are all small so it is perfect for biking and walking. I'm not sure whether or not I am going to get a bike. I walked by a shop the other day with a girl from my masters program. She spoke with the owner who said that he would have a couple of second hand bikes fixed up in a couple of days and that they were 50 Euros. It does rain in Padova a fair amount and a bike would be one more thing to worry about but it would also be nice to get some places faster. Of course I will write if I decide to get one.
