A little more about classes

My official classes start on the 27th of September. Until then we have Bridging
Courses which is basically just studying the things we have forgotten and learning
a few things to catch up to everyone else in the class. We are supposed to be
starting the Bridging Courses today. The whole class is here waiting right
now but the teachers haven't shown up yet. I think a couple of the students
went to go look for them.

I think that the courses will mainly be lectures and book study but I'm not
sure yet. We have met a couple of the local professors but I think that the
first course will be taught by visiting professors. There is a big group
project that we will be working on throughout the course period. At the end
of March we will be turning in the project and presenting it. We have a day
devoted to this project once every week or two.

I haven't figured out yet how to post the schedule to my blog but when I do, I will.
